Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ShareContact (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Wider Circle.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is currently available to users in the United States only.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive contact information.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited messages to other users.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your profile. By posting content, you grant Wider Circle a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it as part of operating the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Public Profiles

Your profile is public by default and visible to anyone with your link. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to include on your public card. Do not include sensitive personal information you would not want publicly accessible.

7. Intellectual Property

The ShareContact name, logo, and all Service content created by Wider Circle are owned by Wider Circle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wider Circle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
